Payment is due in Full on the day of collection, or earlier, for your Vehicle or Product
Customer supplied parts are at Customers own risk and incur a 15% Labour surcharge (subject to change without notice). We are not responsible for any costs arising from Customer diagnosis, misdiagnosis, incorrect or delayed parts and/or any associated delays/storage costs, etc.
Future & historic damage related to flood or water ingress is not covered by any Warranty
If a payment arrangement has been agreed to, prior to dropping your vehicle off, then full payment is due by the 20th of the following month. If payment becomes overdue we may engage the services of our Debt Recovery Agency which may result in a Default being listed on your Credit score file.
All Costs incurred in the recovery of overdue funds, including but not limited to, Debt Recovery charges & Legal Fees will be added to the balance of monies owed.
We reserve the right to charge in full for missed appointments/bookings.
